To determine if there is a Fictitious Business Name (FBN) statement on file, you may do an online search of the County Clerk's records.

3 Ways to Search

  • By a 10 digit FBN number (example: 2007123456), or
  • By a business name (FBN Name), or
  • By the name of the owner of the business (last name only for individuals). You may enter a partial name such as "Smith" to find "Goldsmith" or "Smithers" as well as "Smith".
